Let’s be real, mi reina—traditional planning never really worked for me.
Rigid routines? Burnout.
Back-to-back blocks? Energy crash.
Structure without soul? Zero motivation.
So I stopped trying to force myself to fit a system, and instead, I created one that flows with my feminine energy, my neurospicy brain, and the cosmic cycles that move me.
And that’s how this weekly setup was born.
🌊 My Weekly Reset Spread: Soul Meets Structure
Before I fill in the week, I take a few minutes to set up my layout—a mix of bullet journaling, creative doodling, and divine timing forecasting. It keeps me grounded while still giving me space to intuitively adjust as the energy shifts.

I start by marking where I’m at in my menstrual cycle. This week, I’m in my ovulation phase (aka “summer”), so I use a little sun stencil to represent that energy. This is my time to initiate, be visible, and get sh*t done—but gently.
🌬️ Ascension Symptom Tracking
If you know, you know. Energy spikes = physical and emotional waves. I pull ascension symptom updates from The Energy Boutique on YouTube and add my own reminder doodles (like a salt bath!) for when it gets intense.
🏡 FlyLady-Inspired Home Flow
I loosely follow the FlyLady cleaning system, which gives me light structure without pressure. I jot down basic household zones, daily tasks, and reminders to help me stay on top of home flow without guilt.
✨ Diamond No’s Energy Forecasts
One of my favorite spiritual creators, Diamond No, posts weekly energy updates. I write down her keywords to track themes like emotional triggers, timeline jumps, or planetary influences. It helps me set expectations and honor what I feel.
🌌 Astrology Tracking & Symbol Key
I nerd out over astrology—so I created a mini symbol key to decode transits. I track key aspects throughout the week so I can move in alignment with planetary energy. It’s grounding and activating.
📅 Time Awareness + Schedule Mapping
I’ve been more mindful about where my time is actually going. I log how I spend my hours—scrolling, resting, creating, or in service—to build self-awareness without shame.
✨ Affirmations, Content, and Creative Flow
I reserve space to:
- Write my affirmation of the week
- Sketch out content ideas
- Track habits without pressure
- Drop in random downloads and divine nudges
This section keeps me inspired and centered in my WHY.
💪 The 30/30/30 Health Stack
I’m slowly building a perimenopause-friendly wellness practice:
- 30g protein
- 30 minutes of movement
- Within 30 minutes of waking
I don’t hit it daily, but having it here reminds me that I’m worth showing up for—without shame.
